I’ve been watching the MojoHD channel a lot lately. It has diverse programming, and most of the shows are really interesting. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite channels.

Earlier today I was watching Dr. Danger. A medical doctor who’s an adventure junkie hosts the show. He travels into some of the most dangerous places in the world and does some of the most exciting activities possible while there. Spelunking in volcanoes, sightseeing the countryside in war torn Afghanistan, and generally doing things most people wouldn’t ordinarily think, “hey, this is a good idea.”

Visiting Saudi Arabia, Dr. Danger was hosted by their prince who is the tourism czar. My favorite part, and I’m still laughing about it occurred when he was riding passenger through some rally cars in a downtown area of a town. After a particularly sharp turn he shouts to the driver, “Jesus, you’re a good driver!”.

This guy’s job is to be culturally aware when in these odd situations so he can keep from getting shot when say, taking a stroll through Baghdad, and this little slip up is gonna make me laugh for a while. But Mojo’s a good channel. Check it out if you get it.
